"Le Mas" is our gateway cuvée. The kind of wine you drink with friends while cooking for them: a thirst quencher full of crisp fruit.

How we make it

  • Syrah, Grenache noir and Carignan grapes from the Montpeyroux vineyard
  • Manual harvesting
  • Aged 6 months in concrete vats

How we drink it

"Le Mas" is the perfect substitute for sparkling or white wine for those who prefer red. It will taste great with a light meal such as a tomato and goat’s cheese salad, some small stuffed vegetables or simply with a traditional Neapolitan pizza.
