Limiting the use of chemicals, choosing products that are non toxic for the environment and reducing the area to be treated- Preferring green work to preventative work where possible (powdery mildew, Botrytis)
- Preventing diseases with periodic treatments when necessary (oidium, omnivorous leafroller - Platynota stultan - grape moths and leafhoppers)
- Alternating pesticides to avoid resistance.
